We’re very pleased to welcome Jim Gallagher to our supply chain consultancy team. Jim is an expert in the development of advanced logistics operations with a strong track record of delivering innovation and sustainable cost reductions across logistics operations in the consumer electronics sector.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Jim has been responsible for the distribution operations for Philips Consumer Electronics across the UK, Nordics, Spain and Greece as well as being the Head of Consumer Care and Logistics for the Philips Consumer Lifestyle business. He has also worked for Belkin as Logistics Director for EMEA and most recently was Head of UK Supply Chain for Arvato, responsible for strategy, P&L, client relationships, business development and operational development.

During his career Jim has developed several large-scale European distribution networks, with a focus on cost reduction and service improvement through major consolidation programmes combined with value chain and process reviews.

Jim is a highly analytical consultant, who is a Prince2 Practitioner with an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Cranfield and a Black Belt in Six Sigma. He is also a Chartered Fellow with the Institute of Logistics and Transport, holds both National and International CPCs and is fluent in French, German and Russian.

Jim’s specialist skills in developing logistics operations further enhance the consulting expertise at Paul Trudgian Ltd.
