See below a description of the three main client facing roles in our organisation, the candidate profiles we seek for each role and the current vacancies.
Role Description
Consultant
Our clients rely on us to be able to rapidly understand, assess and deliver solutions whilst exercising pragmatism in working with their fixed constraints.
As consultant you would be responsible, from first contact, in managing the client project from initial assessment through to successful conclusion.
Candidate Profile
A minimum of 10 years experience across analytical, development and operational roles within supply chain, logistics or warehousing.
A Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport. Post graduate qualification preferable.
Full understanding of analytical modelling techniques and their appropriate deployment, with direct solution implementation experience.
Outstanding project and team management skills combined with confident client engagement.

Role Description
Analyst
Supply chains can be highly complex and, as a consultancy, we need to be able to assess large volumes of client data rapidly and accurately.
As an analyst you would be responsible in undertaking data extraction, profiling, reporting and conducting optimisation modelling for our client projects.
Candidate Profile
A minimum of 5 years experience in an analytical or development role within supply chain, logistics or warehousing. Those with a 3PL background preferred.
A Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport with a Bachelors degree or of graduate calibre with a longer period of experience.
Highly adept at complex modelling and analysis, preferably with experience of optimisation tools such as DiPS, Paragon and Llamasoft.
Excellent communication skills and able to convey complex analysis whilst being client facing.

Role Description
Implementation Manager
A designed solution has no value until it’s delivered successfully. Many of our client issues are operational and we to put ‘boots on the ground’ to manage delivery.
As an implementation specialist you would be responsible for project managing the deployment of operational solutions at our clients sites.
Candidate Profile
A minimum of 10 years experience in an operational role within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or warehousing. Proven project management skills.
A Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport and/or the Chartered Management Institute with appropriate management certifications.
Excellent team and project management skills, along with an understanding of efficiency approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
Ability to work independently with the flexibility to adapt to different client operations quickly.
