We’re very pleased to welcome Bob Steele to our supply chain consultancy team. Bob is a leading expert in international logistics with 27 years of experience as a consultant working across the supply chain within manufacturing, distribution and service companies, in both private and public sectors.
Bob spent 11 years as Consultant and Principal Consultant for PA Consulting and for the last 16 years has been an independent expert leading a diverse range of supply chain and logistics performance improvement and development projects. Bob has considerable cross-sector experience including within the retail, 3rd party logistics, food, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors.
In recent projects Bob has worked extensively within Africa focussing on the development, implementation and management of total supply chains (incl. cold chains) for pharmaceutical and vaccine distribution. This has included working with both private and public sector bodies across Nigeria, Ethiopia, Malawi, Mozambique and South Africa.
Bob’s focus within pharmaceutical and vaccine distribution has been designing and implementing efficient logistics networks and deploying best practice processes for warehouse operations, MHE deployment, kitting operations, temperature control, waste disposal and laboratory referral networks.
Bob will be supporting Paul Trudgian Ltd clients on the design and implementation of new national and international logistics networks and improvement of existing operations. This will include warehousing, MHE, transport, staff development, operations management and inventory control.
