Simon is a highly experienced logistics and warehouse implementation consultant with more than 20 years’ experience translating solution designs into practical, operationally robust warehouse and contract logistics operations. He has worked across contract logistics, warehouse operations, solutions design and project delivery, helping clients move from concept and design into effective live operations. Simon’s expertise includes solution implementation, operational readiness, data analysis, modelling, process design, implementation planning and project delivery, with a strong focus on making sure new logistics operations are practical, deliverable and aligned with the client’s service and cost objectives.

Lead Consultant, Transport
Kenneth is an industry expert in tactical and strategic supply chain modelling and methodology, with 20 years of direct experience in transport modelling, routing, and scheduling. He is proficient in using DiPS as a facilitating tool and has extensive experience with Excel for developing customised spreadsheet-based simulation tools and decision support models. Kenneth holds a degree in Strategic Systems Management and has worked on strategic distribution modelling with clients such as DHL, XPO Logistics, and WH Smith.

Lead Consultant, Trade & Customs Compliance
Andrew is a specialist Trade and Customs Compliance Consultant with extensive knowledge of local and international trade laws, regulations, and agreements. Andrew has 30 years of expertise in customs procedures, international trade regulations, and tariffs. He assists clients with navigating the complexities of trade laws and customs compliance, ensuring they adhere to all relevant laws and regulations and helping to mitigate the risks associated with non-compliance. Andrew has a Degree in Business Studies and a Graduate Diploma in International Trade.

Tamsin Giles
Client Services Coordinator
Tamsin is an experienced client services coordinator who supports the smooth running of consulting assignments from initial enquiry through to project administration and client communication. She works closely with clients, consultants and project teams to coordinate enquiries, arrange meetings, manage documentation, support tender communications and ensure that information is directed to the right people at the right time. Tamsin’s role provides the organised, responsive back-office support that helps consulting projects progress efficiently and ensures clients receive clear communication throughout their engagement.
